Upgrade Courses for Credit
Free Faith Therapy Video Training
On this website, using video screens provided on our course pages, you may audit the basic Faith Therapy classes presented in our resident classroom program in 2007-2009 at Word of Life Counseling Training Institute for free. We present this information for free:
1. To give you an opportunity to significantly increase your knowledge of the Bible, especially as it applies to the lives and healing of struggling and hurting people.
2. For personal growth in your Christian walk and to help you become more effective in your ministry.
3. To provide additional training for pastors to supplement the counseling training they received in Bible school or seminary.
4. To provide free training in the Faith Therapy modality for support group leaders, lay counselors, and professional Christian counselors. For verification that you have taken the course or for continuing education credit a test must be taken and a small fee is charged. See below.
5. To allow you to take courses of interest to you on an individual basis and later upgrade them for credit toward one of our certifications by paying a small fee for our services such as grading papers, grading tests, and providing written verification that you have taken the course. This is not for college credit.
6. To allow those interested in becoming a Christian counselor or Bible-based Life Coach to sample the quality of our courses used in residence, DVD, and E-school programs.
7. To provide the classroom instruction for our E-school students.
8. To provide classroom instruction for our residence students who were unable to attend class the previous Saturday due to schedule conflicts or personal needs.
Upgrading a Course for Credit
You may chose to upgrade a course for credit for up to one year by writing the papers and taking the tests. We do charge fees for our time expended on your behalf for grading papers and tests, supervision, verification of continuing education credit, and tuition for LOGOS Christian College and Graduate School. If you are seeking certification or a college degree in Christian counseling or Bible-based coaching, you will also need to enroll in those programs.
In order to upgrade to receive credit for the courses you have taken, purchase the appropriate services below, write the papers and E-mail them to us. When we return your papers we will attach the final exam for the course. If you receive passing grades on papers and test, you will be given credit for that course. However, in order to receive college credit you must first enroll in LOGOS Christian College and Graduate School and pay their tuition.
Restricted Use of these Videos
Please do not try to download these videos and make your own DVDs. They are copyrighted and the quality has been significantly reduced through the process required to produce the streaming video. Please do not represent yourself as a certified or a trained Faith Therapist without taking our entire residence, DVD, or E-school certification or degree programs including writing the papers, taking the tests, and experiencing a full practicum supervised by us.
Minimum donations for individual personal assistance. Order these services only if you are not a full time student in any of our programs but would like to upgrade one of the courses that you have viewed to get verification that you have taken this course, continuing education credit, certification, or receive college credit from LOGOS Christian College and Graduate school. To receive verification that your have taken the course or continuing education credit you must take the examination. To upgrade the course for one of our certification programs or for LOGOS you must fulfill all the requirements of the syllabus for that course including writing the papers and taking the test. For college credit you must enroll in LOGOS Christian College and Graduate School through us and pay the tuition.
Grading of one class paper. $20 per paper. After ordering this service, you may E-mail or send us your paper in the mail written according to the syllabus for that class. An instructor will grade your paper, record a grade for you, and return your paper with his comments.
Take the final examination. $10 for grading each exam. After ordering this service, E-mail us with the name of the course examination you wish to take. We will attach the final exam for the requested course. Tests consist of 25 multiple choice and true and false questions. Answer the questions by underlying your answers and E-mailing the copy back to us. Please do not give copies to your friends. We will grade your test, record the grade, and return it with comments.
Continuing Education Credit. $25 for 10 CEU's per course.
After ordering this service, E-mail us the course number for which you wish to obtain CEUs. We will E-mail you the test. The test grading fee is included in this package. Answer the questions by underlying your answers and E-mailing the copy back to us. Please do not give copies to your friends. We will grade your test, record the grade, and return it with comments along with verification for 10 CEU's per course. Although our CEU's have been accepted by the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Board and for Drug and Alcohol Certification in Kansas, we suggest you contact your licensing agency to verify they will accept our CEU's prior to purchasing this service.
